At GlossGalaxy, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe, and cost-effective manner. We deliver across India and to multiple countries worldwide.

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship products as soon as possible. On average, it takes 1–2 business days to dispatch orders from our warehouse.

However, the following may take longer to process:

  • Bulk orders (more than 5 units per product)
  • High-value machines or equipment
  • Products under production or out of stock

In such cases, our team will keep you informed via call or email.

Delivery Methods, Time & Cost

Within India

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Charges:
    • ₹50 flat rate for orders below ₹500
    • Free shipping on orders ₹500 and above

Orders are shipped through reliable domestic courier partners.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated on an actual basis depending on country, weight, and courier

We use trusted international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent partners.

Heavy Items & Machines

For large or high-value items such as:

  • Car lifts
  • Detailing machines
  • Bulk equipment
  • Additional shipping or transport charges may apply
  • Delivery may be arranged via transport services instead of standard courier
  • Our team will coordinate shipping details directly with you

Customs & International Shipping

All international orders are shipped from India to your provided address.

Due to international shipping regulations:

  • Some orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import charges
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping cost
  • The customer is responsible for paying these charges at the time of delivery

In case of customs clearance, courier partners (DHL/FedEx) may handle the process and collect charges directly from the customer.

Delivery & Delays

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated time. However:

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or external factors
  • International shipments may also be delayed due to customs clearance

GlossGalaxy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.

  • Fragile or sensitive equipment

To ensure safe delivery and minimize damage during transit.
