Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GlossGalaxy, we are committed to providing high-quality car detailing products and equipment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be in original packaging with all contents intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Returns requested after 3 days or without approval will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged / Wrong Product (Mandatory Proof)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: A clear unboxing video showing the issue.

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used chemicals, liquids, or detailing products
  • Installed products such as Paint Protection Film (PPF)
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

6. Bulk Orders & High-Value Machines (B2B)

For bulk or business orders, returns are handled under stricter conditions:

Bulk Orders (General Products)

  • Partial returns may be accepted for unused, sealed items only (such as small accessories)
  • Returns are subject to approval based on product condition and reason
  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible

High-Value Machines & Equipment

(Includes lifts, polishing machines, and other costly equipment)

  • No return / refund once delivered and accepted
  • Only replacement or service support will be provided in case of:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Transit damage (reported within 24 hours with unboxing video)

Important Notes

  • Installation or usage of machines is considered final acceptance
  • Warranty (if applicable) will be handled as per manufacturer/service terms
  • GlossGalaxy reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified about approval status
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay

Please note: Bank processing time may vary.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
